Discovery Sport Front Blade Wiper Blade LR064423 2015-2017.

Description

The Land Rover Discovery Sport Front Wiper Blade Set is engineered specifically to match the curved windshield profile of the compact luxury SUV platform (L550). Designed to meet OEM specifications, these front wiper blades feature a bracketless beam structure that delivers uniform downforce across the entire wiping edge.

Whether replacing worn, chattering, or streaking original equipment, these blades ensure optimal road visibility and driving safety in torrential rain, road spray, sleet, and snow.

Key Features & Benefits

• Aerodynamic Flat Beam Profile: Integrated aerodynamic spoiler channels airflow to generate active downforce at highway speeds, preventing high-speed blade lift and wind flutter.

• Dual-Rubber / Graphite-Coated Edge: Natural rubber element coated with graphite or Teflon delivers smooth, low-friction wipes without squeaking, judder, or chattering.

• Even Pressure Distribution: Tensioned memory-steel spine curves directly to the glass contour, eliminating missed spots and edge streaking.

• Exact Fit Connection: Tailored for the factory front wiper arm mount (standard J-Hook or slim top-lock depending on production year/market) for quick plug-and-play installation without flimsy universal adapters.

Sizing & Vehicle Fitment

• Platform: Land Rover Discovery Sport (Chassis Code: L550)

• Model Years: 2015–Present

• Engine Options: 2.0L Turbocharged Petrol (Si4 / P250 / P290), 2.0L Ingenium Diesel (Td4 / D180 / D200), and 1.5L PHEV (P300e)

(Note: Left-Hand Drive and Right-Hand Drive configurations may invert the driver/passenger orientation; always check arm positioning and connector design before mounting.)

Signs Your Wiper Blades Need Replacement

• Streaking & Hazing: Bands of water or haze remaining on the glass after each stroke due to hardened or cracked rubber edges.

• Chattering & Skipping: Blades jumping or vibrating noisily across the windshield.

• Edge Splitting: Visible detachment of the rubber squeegee lip from the central flexor bar.

• Reduced Winter Performance: Inability to clear slush or freezing rain smoothly.
